- Inside Dhaka: Covers all areas within the Dhaka Metropolitan area.
- Outside Dhaka: Covers all other districts, divisional cities, and sub-districts across Bangladesh.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also view the status of your parcel directly in the Customer Portal under **My Orders**.
