1. Refund Eligibility Conditions
At TechVion, we strive to make refunds simple and fair. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Out of Stock: If you pay for an item online and the product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a full refund immediately.
- Product Quality Issues: If a product is delivered Dead On Arrival (DOA), defective, or significantly different from the product description, and a replacement cannot be provided.
- Order Cancelation: If you cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched by our logistics department.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the product after it has been shipped.
- Physical/Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by improper usage, electrical surges, exposure to liquid, or dropping the item.
- Missing Packaging/Accessories: If the returned product is missing its original brand box, manual, serial number labels, cables, or protective seals.
- Software/License Keys: Digital downloads, software keys, and activated operating system licenses are non-refundable once issued.
3. Refund Processing Method
Refunds will be processed back to the original channel used during the purchase. For example:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunded directly to the same card account.
- Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket): Refunded back to the same mobile wallet number.
- Bank Transfer: Transferred back to the same bank account details used during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet as requested by the customer.

Once a refund is approved by our quality control department, the timeline depends on the gateway/bank channel:
- Mobile Banking wallets: 3 to 7 working days.
- Debit/Credit Cards (Local): 7 to 10 working days.
- International Credit Cards: 10 to 15 working days.
- Direct Bank Transfers: 5 to 7 working days.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If a product is being returned due to a delivery mistake, defective item, or wrong product specification, TechVion will cover the courier return cost. If the customer wishes to return an item for diagnostics or verified replacement, they are responsible for bringing or sending it to our service center.
