Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By registering for the TechVion Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. TechVion reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

The TechVion Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses residing in Bangladesh who are at least 18 years of age. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. TechVion reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet our standards.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a percentage commission on the final sale price (excluding taxes and shipping) of products purchased through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are set by TechVion and may vary by:

• Product category
• Brand or manufacturer
• Active promotional campaign
• Affiliate performance tier

TechVion reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 7 days' notice.

4. Cookie Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked via a 30-day browser cookie. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you are eligible to receive the commission. The most recent affiliate click takes precedence in cases of multiple referrals.

5. Commission Approval & Payment

• Commissions are credited as "Pending" immediately after an order is placed.
• Commissions are "Approved" after the order is successfully delivered and the return period has elapsed (typically 15–30 days).
• Commissions for returned, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will be reversed.
• Minimum payout threshold: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Payments are processed monthly via your selected payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Spam emails, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications.
• Misleading, false, or deceptive advertising claims.
• Bidding on TechVion branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
• Unauthorized use of TechVion trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
• Creating fake orders to generate illegitimate commissions.
• Promoting TechVion products on illegal, adult, or offensive platforms.
• Operating multiple affiliate accounts.

7. Marketing Materials

Affiliates may use TechVion-approved marketing materials (banners, product images, logos) provided in the affiliate resources section. Modification of official materials without written consent is not permitted.

8. Branding Guidelines

You may not represent yourself as an employee, official partner, or spokesperson of TechVion. All affiliate communications must clearly disclose your relationship as an affiliate partner when required by applicable regulations.

9. Account Termination

TechVion reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited if earned through prohibited activities. Approved commissions earned legitimately prior to termination will be paid out on the next payment cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechVion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. The affiliate program is provided "as is" and TechVion makes no guarantees regarding earnings.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Affiliate performance data may be shared internally for business analysis purposes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
